They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. The room I was waiting in, was really warm, beacuse of the sun coming in and the AC was not on or not working? I was kept waiting for a long time. I was a bit disappointed. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult.
