Too bad I can only give them 5 stars. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted and made to feel very welcomed. The appointment with Dr. Salmun was quick but thorough. He showed a genuine compassion for the qualifying factors of my MM card. He explained very well the types of medication that would be available and it was clear this man knows his stuff! I have never received worst customer service at any business in at least a decade. Gentry is truly a horrible employee, and I have no faith in him and as a result the physician or business. After paying for my visit electronically, and confirming my availability for my telehealth visit between 11-2, I called at 2 to be told that the doctor left and they would have to reschedule.
