Unprofessional, poor attention to detail, and completely unable to handle constructive criticism. The decor for our event was poorly executed and looked nothing like what was promised. When we gave feedback, they were defensive and hired a lawyer haha. Save your time and money—hire a company that values their customers.
Lack of communication, rude, unresponsive, decor didnt match the inspos they agreed on, didnt deliver quality products, argumentative, unprofessional, ridiculous pricing for subpar produc AND sent out a fake email attempting to take legal action just to scare me into taking down the bad reviews.
They attempted to take legal action because of a bad review describing the poor service. Very unprofessional.
