Absolutely amazing experience here. Wife and I were visiting Victoria from the States for the week for our 5th anniversary and mid week our vehicle started running very rough. We called all around and everyone was booked out a month. We needed it fixed or we would have to cancel the rest of our trip and hope we made it back across the ferry and home without it completely failing, which was unlikely at the rate it was getting worse. Got called by them that truck was done after a day, and they communicated they were taking their time and making sure it was done right. After being quoted $1700 for work they let me know when it was done it would be $1100 all in because somethings didn’t actually needed to be done. I really appreciated that because money is tight and showed great integrity and honesty. Good to have a shop around that is doing things right! Thanks for your service!

Definitely not coming back for any more services. Waited almost two weeks to get my suspension serviced and figured I would get an oil change/ inspection at the same time. I arrive at the shop and I am told the mechanic called in sick so they would have to reschedule. I come back another day and they did not even have the parts to do my suspension but have no problem quoting me $2500 for other "suggested" repairs.
