I’m disappointed with my recent experience. I came in asking for about a 3-inch trim, but the stylist ended up cutting off closer to 6–7 inches. That’s a huge difference, and it’s not what I requested. I didn't realize how much was cut until after I left the salon. I understand that sometimes small miscommunications happen, but this felt excessive and could have been avoided with better confirmation before cutting. I absolutely love this salon. From the moment you walk in, everything is on point-clean, organized, and filled with such a welcoming positive environment. They are always on time, and the atmosphere just puts you at ease. I've been a client of the owner for over 24 years. She has taken care of my hair through every season of my life - pregnancy, sickness, and everything in between. Her consistency, care, and talent are unmatched.
