Very well managed and maintained.
Really nice coop, nice units. Some people are really nice, some are not. Someone in the coop has been sending me threatening messages, they seem to know a lot and have mentioned being on the board of directors. The messages are lewd. I also haven't felt welcomed to the community, I really wanted to be a part of a healthy community. Now I'm a loner, no connections in the coop, I've had 2 people come and share gossip about me. I feel disappointed, so I keep to myself.
Great place to live. Great neighborhood, great neighbors, well maintained.
They are doing some much needed upgrades to the lighting, drainage and suites. All visitor parking is on the street currently due to construction but the CoOp is looking good these days!
