The best for your buck – I've been to Marietta's salon on many occasions, and have had treatments ranging from microdermabrasion to manicures. Marietta and her staff are all extremely knowledgable and capable - the results of all of my treatments have always been superb. Many times Marietta herself performs the services. Occasionally there is pressure to add to the treatment and I have been kept waiting on more than one occasion. Great waxing, very reasonable – I went in for a Brazilian bikini wax, because the price looked reasonable - $35 and up. My first time, Marietta did the waxing herself. The results were fantastic! She charged me $40. My second time, another woman who worked there did my wax. The results were also fantastic. She charged me $35. I have to warn, though... both times, the waxing didn't take much more than 10 minutes. They do large sections at once, and it hurts. But, it's over quickly. Best Facial in Chicago – definately check out the facials! Marietta gives the best facial in Chicago!
Great bottom half – I had a 30 minute massage on my lower body and it was fantastic! The prices are very reasonable although the salon is small and the atmosphere is not quite as relaxing as a typical day spa.
great facials! – I went to Mariettas for the first time today, after passing it on the street. Marietta herself did my facial and it was heaven on earth! I had a coupon for a 80 minute facial for the 60 minute price. I only paid $65 for my treatment. Marietta took her time and there were so many iterations of treatments: from microdermabrasion, pore cleansing, masks, lotions, massages, etc. It was awesome!
