I can not say enough good things about this company. A few years ago, I got stuck in a blizzard and blew out my 4th gear. I then drove the car about 800 miles home. Needless to say I had done a lot of damage and needed to have a rebuilt transmission put in my Toyota Camry. They took care of me. I have being experiencing automotive problems this past year and it was all due to my transmission. I finally got it repaired by Mr. Transmission out of state, I thought all was well until I started having issues with my car not starting at times. So when it wouldn't start anymore I gave Mr.Transmission a call in fear it was related. It turn out to be my starter but Mr.Transmission of Marietta gave me No.1 service and made me a very satisfied customer.

I needed my transmission fixed and I originally contacted Mr. Transmission Marietta about issues that I was having with my car and spoke with Angela. Not only was she helpful but she was concerned for my safety. She advised me of the different options they had to get my car looked at b/c of my time restraints. Honesty - It Means Everything and it doesn't hurt that work on my car was well done, reasonably priced, no gimmicks, and just a wonderful outcome and feeling. Who isn't apprehensive when transmission issues develop? Had my car towed in to Marietta Mr Transmission after the transmission would not engage at all. I thought for sure the transmission went out needing a rebuild. They fixed the problem only repairing the linkage. Very honest and will only fix what is needed.

Tim Roos, the Center Manager, was especially helpful in explaining the transmission problems in my Dodge Caravan. He updated me regularly with the status of the work being done. My van is running well,and I am extremely satisfied with the job Mr. Transmission of Marietta did.

I called and spoke with Tim who I'm assuming was the manager at the time. He was absolutely amazing on the phone. He took time to explain the cost to me and other possible causes for the shifting issues. He gave me a best case cost estimate and absolute worst case estimate. They also offer a 2 year warranty on transmission rebuilds, which was what pushed me closer to rebuilding versus buying a new car. Took my car in. I got daily calls from Tim until it was ready.
