The reception people are abrupt, rude, discounters, terse, confrontational, aggressive, and threatening. Selective enforcement of their mask mandate/policy. More concerned about "taking possession of credit cards for payment and ID/insurance cards" than professionally, courteously interacting with patients.
RecommendedVery nice facility with a very friendly & efficient staff. They made my surgical experience as pleasant as it could be.
Don't use Marietta surgical center . I had surgery there and have made several payments toward my balance . They keep sending me a bill that doesn't reflect the payments I made . I called and talked to them , they said they would straighten it out . Instead they turned me over to collections for the full amount of the bill. Just another double billing medical rip off
The staff was amazing and so wonderful. They are professional nice clean and listen. everything was great. Jill, Melissa and Laura are outstanding nurses. Dr. Reed is really wonderful too. thank you
