The issue turned out to be deteriorating shingles and worn-out underlayment, which was causing leaks during heavy rains. The roofers completed the replacement efficiently over four days, ensuring that the new materials matched perfectly with our original design.

It was a few shingles missing and they put a temp patch on it in less than an hour faster than the last company I called for the same thing. More straight forward and efficient experience, however will be scheduling a full roof check shortly.

I had some concerns about the noise during the installation but the guys put the metal roof on in two days with very little disturbance and cleaned up the area. Compared with earlier experience with asphalt shingles, this procedure is detailed and lasting.

I anticipated the coordination to be tough as the building needs management approval, however they communicated well and installed the gutters efficiently in 4 hours. The technician was very clear in explaining everything and checked that everything was in line with our condo laws before starting work.

We selected to write a review because the flat roof construction was completed fast within one day but there was a slight delay in communication when setting up the timetable. Crew did however wipe up everything after, which we appreciated.
