Went to get a dot physical from them for return to work after a head injury. Was out of work 4 weeks prior to having the physical. Had the physical and she said she need additional information to make the call. That’s fine. I sign papers for her to contact the other hospital to get the papers and wait. 2 weeks later still nothing so I go up there and all they can show me is a paper where they requested the information 2 days prior. Staff was very unprofessional during my appointment saying rude and disrespectful things to me threatening that I wouldn’t get the job if I didn’t pass the pulmonary portion of the physical 1/10
Went for a quick test. Was in an out in 30 minutes.
What a great and friendly staff. Was a pleasure.
