The Outpatient Lab was full of great people and I didn't have a single problem with any of the staff. However, the waiting room had an aquarium that is clearly being neglected. The algae growth is aggressive and old enough to have turned black. According to the staff, they aren't allowed to take care of the tank and they've been forced to watch multiple batches of fish die.
