The staff is very competent and professional. I've had ruby spots for about 30 years. I've also had 2 basal cell carcinomas removed and I wanted the ruby spots removed. Denise Chiara is the Medical Aesthetician who has been lasering my spots. Although I've only had four appointments, the spots treated so far seem to be on their way to disappearing. Denise has been very professional, explaining everything in detail. She really has been wonderful.
