I booked an appointment specifically for a stye drainage, only to be prescribed ointment instead for a stye that has been present for months. I was told to return in two weeks to move forward, yet that doctor had no availability for months. I then scheduled with another doctor who was supposed to drain it. After multiple confirmation calls, bringing someone to drive me home, and fully preparing for the procedure, I was told at the appointment that I would instead be given eye drops and scheduled for surgery later. I recently had a procedure done here and couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. The team did an absolutely amazing job from start to finish. The nurses were incredibly sweet, attentive, and made me feel at ease throughout the process. Everything was smooth, well-organized, and professional. I felt completely cared for and confident in their hands. Highly recommend this place to anyone considering eye surgery – truly top-notch care!
This review regards SLT surgery only. While the staff were all very friendly and the treatment itself was acceptable, the experience is poor because of their terrible process, which is obviously geared to maximize efficiency and profit vs any consideration for patient experience. They bring ALL the patients (20-25) for that day's "surgery" in at once, over about 30 minutes, and park them in the large waiting room.
