Extremely frustrating experience with scheduling and communication. We have been trying for two months to get a laser procedure done on my husband’s right eye, and we still haven’t been able to get it done because of repeated scheduling and communication problems. Be prepared to be here many hours after your start time. They overbook every patient and its seriously a greed situation. Be here by 2:30, sorry no seats in the waiting room and we'll start to see you at 4:30. It's garbage

Be very very careful if you go to Dr Long for the eye lid lift. My lift came out fine but now I can’t use my contact. Dr Long’s attitude was “yea well I have nothing to do with that” a completely arrogant godlike attitude. Just be very careful and maybe look else where, especially if you need to wear contacts.

I booked an appointment specifically for a stye drainage, only to be prescribed ointment instead for a stye that has been present for months. I was told to return in two weeks to move forward, yet that doctor had no availability for months. I then scheduled with another doctor who was supposed to drain it. After multiple confirmation calls, bringing someone to drive me home, and fully preparing for the procedure, I was told at the appointment that I would instead be given eye drops and scheduled for surgery later.
