Be prepared to be here many hours after your start time. They overbook every patient and its seriously a greed situation. Be here by 2:30, sorry no seats in the waiting room and we'll start to see you at 4:30. It's garbage
Be very very careful if you go to Dr Long for the eye lid lift. My lift came out fine but now I can’t use my contact. Dr Long’s attitude was “yea well I have nothing to do with that” a completely arrogant godlike attitude. Just be very careful and maybe look else where, especially if you need to wear contacts.
It was a fast process checking in. The procedure didn't take long at all.
I booked an appointment specifically for a stye drainage, only to be prescribed ointment instead for a stye that has been present for months. I was told to return in two weeks to move forward, yet that doctor had no availability for months. I then scheduled with another doctor who was supposed to drain it. After multiple confirmation calls, bringing someone to drive me home, and fully preparing for the procedure, I was told at the appointment that I would instead be given eye drops and scheduled for surgery later.
