It was an awful experience. Dr. Ressler did a fast check-up for my eye examination. However, she was rude, unprofessional and minimized my concern that I would have to pay a “fee” just to get my contact prescription. I had already spent over $10,000 having cataract surgery twice. Why do I have to pay for my contact prescription. In addition, I was charged $75.00 right up front for this follow-up examination. At checkout, I was told I didn’t have to pay that. I recently had cataract surgery - I experienced pofessional and caring staff from the front desk staff to the nurses and medical staff in the prep and surgery area. I would highly recommend this place!
Everyone was very nice and professional, most importantly my vision is much better!!!
The atmosphere upon entering was exceptional. The welcoming greeter was incredibly pleasant, and the entire staff exuded professionalism, helpfulness, and expertise. Dr. Jessica Quynh was thorough and considerate, prioritizing my needs and providing clear, concise explanations. I’m delighted to have discovered this practice.
