Came in for cornrows into 2 strand twist, the lady did 2 strand twists all around my head then lied and said she doesn’t do cornrows. Would not recommend very disappointed in my service
I communicated over the phone I wanted cornrows into 2 strand twist and when I got there the lady did 2 strand twists all around my head and lied and told me she doesn't do cornrows??? Took everything in me to keep my composure. I will NEVER come back HIGHLY disappointed and would not recommend
Through text message and when I walked in for my appointment I communicated to Marietta and the braider that I wanted knotless braids. When the braider had almost 75% of my hair braided she handed me the mirror and that’s when I realized she had put box braids in my hair. When I acknowledged it and calmly told them that’s not what I had asked for, instead of apologizing, Marietta and her sister (the braider) wanted to argue with me saying that I had asked for box braids.
