Very disappointed. Very rude on the phone . They really need to look at their website to see what is available for their customers to order instead of saying "well that is what you ordered" . And then have the audacity to show the recipient of the "floral gift " the receipt of the amount paid . Top it all off the card had "congratulations" . This was ordered for Mother's day . And not a new mother lol .But here in their eyes ....the only one that makes mistakes is the customer ,so I guess I really don't know the difference b... read more
i ordered with special conditions, and i wasn't disappointed, the bouquet was beautiful and i look forward to more buying flowers from marie's in antigonish, although i think the world is too small, someone there new who they were for, lol, great job, no one could be more happy with the result
Stick to the flowers Marie. You evidently don't have much care for the people buying from you. Don't trust the website or them, as they don't update it when they should or they try to make cheap substitutions to orders. Extremely rude over the phone.
