Really disappointing customer service. Spent a week trying to make an appointment and just gave up and went to another salon. I understand being too busy and not taking new clients that should be communicated if that is the case. I spent time calling and responding to text messages combing through my week to pick out times that could work because none were offered just to be ignored.
