Loved her she was the best dermatologist I have been to. Seen her for a year and she helped me so much. She’s caring and smart. Sad she’s not around Illinois anymore.

I would give zero stars if possible. After waiting three months, the office called to cancel the appointment the same week as the appointment. Interacted with three different girls in the office, all of which were very rude. Zero compassion for a CHILD that's been having a reaction for THREE months. I guess the Dermatologist is moving West. That's fine, but the way the transition is being handled is awful.

Dr. Thibault probably isn't to the tastes of many locals who like to be pandered to or made to feel special, she's very direct and to the point, but she is also one of the most efficient and helpful dermatologists I've ever had. In years of suffering from various skin conditions, Dr. Thibault offered a list of over the counter, reasonably priced options to address my concerns that continue to work two years later. Very nice Dr. She let's you know all about your condition. She is caring and smart. She makes a patient feel free to ask any questions. I am sure going to miss her.
