The shower place in the apartment has only hot water. The lock in the glass door is so old and cannot be locked. When I logged a request to fix them, Kyle from Rhonda team promptly open a work order and follow up on the progress. The problems are quickly resolved. Thanks!

Historically we have had very negative experiences with other property management companies who have neglected their duties for our property resulting to a lot of damages, expenses, and losses.
