Several of our family have been under the care of Dr Loewe for routine annual visits, ongoing oversight of prescriptions, and procedures including upper GIs and colonoscopies. He and his team have been outstanding in every aspect. Dr Loewe has successfully diagnosed several complicated issues and his resulting care has been incredibly important to our overall healthcare.
Dr. Loewe helped my 81 year old Mother in Law to feel so much better! She had terrible Ulcerative Colitis which caused her to be hospitalized several times but under Dr. Loewe’s care she has made great strides and is feeling better every day! Highly recommend Dr. Loewe
Dr Loewe has been my Dr for 30 years and is always up to date on the best ways to deal with my medical issues. He constantly researches and stays up to date!
Dr Loewe uses water to expand and lubricate the colon instead of just lube and CO2 to expand and view. Without anesthesia I had no pain, cramping, etc. In and out in 90 minutes, and able to work a normal day since I had no anesthesia to wear off. Highly recommend, esp if you don't want anesthesia.
Dr. Dawson's office lacks professionalism and does not seem interested in solving medical needs. Please save yourself time, money and less stress by choosing a reputable gastroenterologist. I scheduled a visit to his office and was told that the only test that would help solve my medical need was a colonoscopy. I asked several times for a less invasive test because I had a similar test a couple years ago. No they said this is the only test to diagnosis the problems. Disappointing....although Dr. Kucera is efficient and pleasant but his staff is a complete failure :'they do not return calls and If you do get someone on the it feels like you are bothering them!Understaffed, under trained and an attitude.
Dr. Loewe was extremely knowledgeable and caring. He took the time to listen to my concerns.It was my first colonoscopy and he made the entire experience stress free.
Had one appointment with him, first visit, but never met him. Nurse practitioner scheduled me for an outpatient surgery. Called a few times this week with diverticulitis. Still waiting for a call back for either meds or a ct. Seemed like all they were interested in was the surgery. Not going back here.
My mother had her colonoscopy today at the Center for Endoscopy with Dr. Loewe. She has a complicated case, dementia and a few failed colonoscopies. I expressed my concerns to Dr. Loewe about having another attempt at a colonoscopy. He explained why his protocol is different, we discussed it and I felt more comfortable.
