My GP sent me to Dr. Fazzary in early December for and endoscopy for GERD that has gotten worse. It took over 1 hr. To fill out papers because of computer problems. Computer problems. I was placed in an examination room. I was there for nearly 1 1/2 hours. I opened the door a couple of times and there was no one there. I really like Dr. Marie Fazzary and she has been my Dr for quite a number of years, except twice she stopped carrying United Healthcare and I had to find other GI Drs. in the area. Twice she went back to carrying it again and I returned to her. She has always been so kind and gentle and listens to my problems. Yes, she may run late sometimes but when she is in with you, I don't feel rushed. Therefore I feel she is giving her patients the care they need and the time to ask questions. Dr. Farazzi is the best. Her front office help is the worst. The phone person put me directly on hold without even saying any thing but"hold". I was on hold for over 7 minutes and I was forced to call back. Then she says we are short handed and do not have time, call back". I cancelled my appt. I will never go there again. Too many other good internist in county to take that abuse.
I've been going to Dr. Fazzary for 15 or more years. She is a top notch doctor and makes a colonoscopy almost pleasurable. My personal physician recommended me to her and stated he wished all doctors were like her!!! Makes you feel as if you are the most important patient she has!
I had Dr. Fazzary last year. She performed a colonoscopy. I was extremely pleased with everything. She was pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone. She went out of her way to work me in, as my sister was extremely ill. She was wonderful!
Very great doctor i have my Colonoscopy with here.
She was late in the office for the initial meeting but nice. On the procedure date, she was well over an hour late for the procedure and having talked to a friend who also saw her a month prior (in be known to me) she was well over an hour late for her too. I had an issue after the procedure and called the office a week later since it didn't resolve. The LPN did call me but the resolution was so poor and they never called back to see if I was even alive. Poor patient care. Don't go to her!
DR Fazzary is so engaging, funny, sincere,and caring. She is such a great listener and problem solver. She puts you at ease - great bedside manner.
