You have to go and meet this amazing Dr. Marie Dibra. She is like an angel when you listen to her. So calm and so much she has to share for patient education. Her staff -Louisa she is like Dr. Dibra she is sweet and kind to you helps with what you ask.. Stefanie is a 5 star go to tech for our mask problems or counseling on why something is not working. 30 min before my appointment she requests a telehealth appointment instead. I agree and 10 minutes late for my appointment they call asking for payment. Completely unprofessional.
Dr was very personable and thorough.
Update: Despite their public response, no one has contacted me and the improper balance remains. The office has chosen to place responsibility for their own error on the patient, rather than taking accountability and resolving the issue. This approach reflects a lack of professionalism and ethical responsibility, and I am proceeding with formal complaints to the Texas Department of Insurance and the Texas Medical Board. My experience with this office has been very concerning. Before my appointment, the staff confirmed that they were in-network with my insurance. At the time of service, they collected the standard in-network co-pay, which I paid in full. After the visit, they later claimed they were actually out-of-network and attempted to bill me for an additional balance.
