My experience with this office has been very concerning. Before my appointment, the staff confirmed that they were in-network with my insurance. At the time of service, they collected the standard in-network co-pay, which I paid in full. After the visit, they later claimed they were actually out-of-network and attempted to bill me for an additional balance. Dr. Dibra took a lot of time with me talking and understanding my needs. I feel like we made the best plan individualized for me moving forward. She took time to explain things and give me options. The office staff is friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Dibra!
