Started well. But then I never saw the Dr. Then after my heart attack I showed up for an appointment and there was a problem with my insurance and we said we would pay cash because I was out of meds. Receptionist said no problem. Then the nurse came in with a bad attitude and said NO. I'm out of meds, just had a heart attack, not a new patient, with cash and the nurse turns me away. This practice if for desperate people only who cannot find another physician to take their insurance.
Dr. Tromans is a wonderful, understanding doctor. You may have to wait to see her because she gives all her patience as much time as they need. She is an excellant doctor.
She's verry good. When you need her she's alrease there for you. For me she's #1
