Love this office been going there for over 25 years
was not able to see the doctor. Was called 4:38 pm and have no hyphened name on any state or government issue id's so according to the receptionist that is very rude and unprofessional. that he has to change to a last name that he has never used and is incorrect anyway ALSO CALLED AND ASKED ME FOR INSURANCE INFORMATION THAT HAD ALREADY BEEN PROVIDED 1 WEEK AGO STAY AWAY FROM THE PRACTICE
The front office staff is rude and keeps hanging up the phone on me. They also took double payments from me and refused to refund my money. Also, there's a lot of sarcasm going on in this doctor's office. When you complain to them about an error they made, they get sarcastic about whatever it is.
After being a patient of Dr. Joseph for over 5yrs I am really sadden about the service I received at the front desk by Susie, I called for 2 days trying to get a prescription for antibiotics for a cold and this youg lady was VERY unprofessional and thought it was funny, but the kickers is there was another Dr standing right there and she never said a word to Susie oh by the way Susie was training someone (smh), well I contacted BBB also State of Florida Board of Medicine, because I did not find anything funny about me being ... read more
