Everyone was very friendly and nice. I also love the way they use iPads for checking in. So much less paper and super convenient!
Appointments were within 10 minutes of their scheduled times, which is great for an afternoon appointment. I understand that things come up with patients and that delays can happen. I was very happy with the limited wait.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jackson for 12 years at the Ahwatukee location. He is highly skilled, and a genuine person who takes the time to listen to you. I have delivered both of my babies at Good Sam; first one delivered by Dr. Urig and second child delivered by Dr. Jackson. I was a high risk pregancy for both pregnancies and was treated by the entire staff like I was their own family member.
