Had Oral Surgery I went in for surgery. I was a little scared, everything went great. The oral surgeon even called me from his personal cell phone hours later to see how I was doing. I would recommend this office. Oh and the office staff was also great!!
Horrible experience! I have never had a bad dental experience until I went here. I went in for a cleaning, and I was told I had 2 cavities even though I wasn't in any pain. I went back for my next appt to have them filled, and was told I actually had 2 more cavities and needed to come back again (and pay over $200 more). After they attempted to numb me at least 6 times, my entire face and neck were numb but not my teeth. I felt EVERYTHING. It was excruciating pain, I still cringe when I think about it. Rude, Indifferent & Unprofessional Not recommended unless you like factory style dental. There are other very good dentists in Tracy. This is a corporation with multiple dental offices, at Smilecare it's all about working for the man...working for the man and his profit comes first. Customers are a necessary evil.
