Excellent Food/ Good Service Flavors explode in your mouth as you taste the various fusions of flavors in each dish. Chef Cheung doesn't stick to a particular style, but rather creates dishes with local fresh ingredients mixed with the many styles which he has picked up over the years. Poor Service/Over Spiced Food We went here for my birthday on a Thursday night. The place was nearly empty - three other tables had guests. We waited nearly 20 minutes to get a wait person, and then after another 10, after taking our drink orders, we were told they were out of a beer that had been ordered. The menu selection sounds amazing, but honestly, some of the selections were terribly over-spiced.
