Great quality food & service! Highly recommend this place!
Hands down the best restaurant experience I've ever had. The atmosphere is intimate, cozy and un-intimidating. Staff makes you feel welcome almost immediately and the food is top quality. I recommend Marica to anybody who is in the bay area and looking for a meal that will put all others to shame.
For a seafood restaurant, I had one of the best filet mignon there. Tender inside, a little char outside. Fantastic. The drinks are big, well made, and very reasonably priced. Reservations recommended, as there are few tables. Very friendly staff. This place is a hidden gem.
It's always a treat for me to visit Marica. I bring out-of-town friends and family here, and I love the small space and menu that changes to offer new dishes. Even with SO many places in the bay area to try, I find myself hankering for whatever is on the menu here! Everything I eat is always outstanding, the staff is always friendly and professional. :) Thank you!! You're one of my faves!
So, my sister introduced to Marica's via a dinner treat. And, I'm glad she did! The calamari was the best I've ever eaten (sorry, my other fav's), good food, cocktails..., and great service!
Food and service were extremely good. Small intimate venue with a varied menu. Try it you'll like it.
Excellent dishes n reasonable price. Parking a bit tough at nite but it is within walking distance from Rockridge station.
