Incredibly kind and thoughtful physician. Very lucky to have her on our team.
I am happy that others have had good experiences with Dr Serrano but unfortunateIy was not one of the lucky ones. We waited over 3 hours for the doctor or doctor's assistant to come into our room. The doc assistant came in, asked a few questions, examined his belly for about 10 seconds and then left the room. We then proceeded to wait another 45 minutes for her and the doctor to return. Dr Serrano spent about 3 minutes with us, advised that she wanted us to go and have a few tests run and then left. They did not give me the ... read more
