slow and expensive delivery, mediocre food. i ordered maria's, and used their delivery service. it took 45 minutes for it to get here, and when it arrived, the fettucine alfredo was NOT hot (barely even room temperature)... it was also very runny and the sauce tasted like it was from a jar. the "garlic bread" was made on a sandwich roll, and tasted/felt very stale. i've had better garlic bread at pizza hut. Also, i felt that the $6 delivery charge was excessive, especially in light of how long it took to get here. $30 wasted... read more
Decent Italian I love Italian food so I come here once in a while, however it wouldn't be my first choice for Italian food. The price isn't bad but for the quality and amount, I wouldn't say it is the best deal. Unless you're desperate I wouldn't really recommend this place.
Relaxing neighborhood place We go to Maria's whenever we just want to have a relaxing meal. Their service is on the slowish side, but the atmosphere is nice enough and the food is served in ample portions. We also like to phone in our orders and then pick them up to eat at home. They handmake all of their sausage every day, so if you're into that, this is the place to go. Don't forget to save room for the flourless chocolate cake at the end of the meal. My Favorite I have been eating at Marias for years and have never been disappointed. I am able to bring friends and family to a meal with the confidence that they too will have a new favorite Italian Restraunt.
Good Italian food! Maria's is a great place to stop before a movie or before going bowling. It's right near the theater and the Bahama Lanes in Pasadena. The food is good and pretty decently priced. Their menu has a wide variety of Italian cuisine. The service was a little slow, but it was a good experience overall.
Maria's is a great family Italian Restuant with great atmosphe and a friendly staff. A great Restuant for small or large family get togethers. Graet Italian from pasta to pizza it's all delicious at this great italian resturant!

Good food.. a little pricey though I went here two times during the last month and they sure didn't disappoint me and my guests. The dinner was crowded, but we didn't have to wait - the service was slow but the food was good, though a little too oily. The Best What are some of these people talking about? The food here is some of the best in the SGV. Some times the services can be a little slow but only because it is so popular. Maybe some of the other reviewers think that good Italian food is little Ceasars Pizza and do not know what to do with good food.
