Company owner (Mary Ann) requested that I text her my credit card information, which I did not opt to do. I was surprised a business would be requested a text of credit card information. She said this was needed to reserve the service. I was told, "our rate is $50 per man hour. Everything included. We would send 2 people." Agreed on services for 2 hours and was told in a phone conversation it would be 2 female staff. On 6/7/17, I contacted this company to clean a vacated house. The proprietor requested payment prior to services and stated the reason was she needed to get money into her account prior to 3:00 that day. The proprietor tried to get me to agree to $1500 to clean the vacated house. When a price of $500 was agreed upon, proprietor was told to run debit card for only $500 and the remaining $42 for taxes would be paid in cash later that day. 3 1/2 hours later, at 4:00 pm, I arrived back at the jobsite to find 1 worker remaining. ... read more
