My 90 year old mother had a 10:15 am appt, she was told to arrive by 9:45 for paperwork. We arrived 5 minutes late and were told that we had to reschedule as we were late. Now there was no one in the waiting room and my mom had all the information needed on a piece of paper to fill out all. I asked to talk to the nurse and was told no, asked to talk to the doctor as was told no. This is unacceptable and horrible customer service - WILL NOT GO BACK..
