The staff on the phone were wonderful. I appreciated the email updates on the preparation and the delivery. My friend said the flower arrangement was very beautiful, fresh and uplifting. I added the Earl Grey cream tea and she said the package was beautiful and quite a generous size and she would be enjoying quite a few cups of tea. Full recommendation.
