I received flowers from this florist and they were delivered, but my mother's name is not Joanne and my last name is not Johnson. Somehow the address was correct, so I got my birthday flowers. It is a lovely orchid, but as a floral shop delivery I would not expect to have to wash the Dust and dried water drops off the large orchid leaves. I gather it may have been around the shop for awhile, but at least clean it up a bit when delivering what you know to be an expensive birthday gift please!
