A wonderful place if you are looking for a precious gift for someone you love. I went to get my wife a gift for our 25th anniversary. They have amazing collection, Sonia was great helping us choose what we want. The owner Vasken is an amazing guy, he is so pleasant and knowledgeable. Highly recommended
I was waiting outside the door at Mariani's, waiting to see a watch. This gentleman saw me waiting. A woman and a man followed me into the store. The gentleman pictured ignored me, turned directly to the pair that entered after me, and asked them "how may I help you today?" I asked: why did you skip me? He said: they asked me for help first. I said: no, you explicitly asked "how may I help you?" He said: yes, to them ... And that's kind of my point. Unbelievable service. The half hearted apology was too little, too late.
Very nice staff with a great selection of watches. They seem to be the only place in Oakville that carry Omega.
We have been visiting Mariani Jewellers at Oakville and Burlington malls for over a year now, and every visit has been a great experience. The team, Daniel, Gi, Sonia have always been warm, hospitable, accommodating and knowledgeable. It doesn't matter whether we're making a big or small purchase, they have always made us feel welcome and valued. A very special shout out goes to the young Owner.
