Very nice woman and I’m sure she does a wonderful job with other hair types, but sadly I’m very upset by this haircut. I asked for face framing pieces at the front and specified that I like to leave out the bits in front of my ears sometimes when I style it. Before I had a chance to protest, she cut my bangs super short and chopped off the hair that falls in front of my ears, making it look like I have male sideburns and making it impossible to put my hair behind my ears or pull the front back into a ponytail. Mariana did a fantastic job on my haircut. I asked for short curtain bangs and a trim. She really took the time to get the buildup out of my hair and recommended me a better clarifying shampoo than the one I've been using.
Biggest waste of time ever. Sat down for 5 minutes just to be told she couldn’t do my hair. Completely unprofessional.
