Not Dr. Mariana herself but whoever is running this clinic needs to do better. The Nurse practitioner there saw me mid August sent me lab work, called me once to schedule appointment to read results, I called back never got through. Till this day haven’t heard back. The negligence and lack of consideration for patients is really disappointing. They gotta do better. I call today to get my results but now I have to wait days before I can be helped. It’s not good very disappointed. Isn’t the first time either
Dr. De Michele is a wonderful doctor. She is caring, knowledgeable, thorough and professional. Everyone in the office is great and appointment time driven. Finding and staying with a medical professional is a personal decision. Becoming a patient of Dr. De Michele has been a great decision.
