Horrible customer service skills. Was extremely rude and went out of their way to text me a very awkward and sarcastic apology. I am so relieved they weren’t available. I’d hate to have a person like this touching my body. The text I received after I tried to book an appointment : “Hi Elana. I'm sorry you didn't check my office hours. I teach aquafit classes at Oakwood Tuesday nights from 5:30-6:30. Also, I need at least a couple hours notice. Marian consistently gives the best massages. Her knowledge, techniques, and experience really show in her massage therapy. She goes above and beyond to relieve tension and pain as well as work out knots and misalignments leaving me feeling better.
