I went through the same as Rachel Cobb the woman in previous review. At this point I’m not sure what to do. It did absolutely nothing to help my sinuses. The pain was like nothing I ever experienced before. I would also avoid
Couldn’t recommend this doctor more! She is beyond attentive and listened to all my concerns. I have never met a doctor that is so welcoming and passionate about her career. I underwent a balloon sinus surgery with her and I have never breathed better. After a few weeks of recovery it was shocking how well I could finally breathe. I no longer have facial pressure or reoccurring sinus infections. While the procedure was intimidating especially being awake the reassurance I received from her and her team made it so easy. I have been seeing Dr Pate for several years now for my chronic sinusitis. At first I always saw her in person, but over time, this changed and my appointments were scheduled with her PAs instead. Recently, I had a painful throat issue. I called her office and it was the medical assistant who called me back with instructions. -0 stars as I am sitting at TGH to fix the damage that was caused by this practice. Avoid Avoid Avoid Avoid Should have known better with the staff that answered the phones and empty uncomfortable waiting rooms. I had two “surgeries” with the Dr. both times I was AWAKE for things I should have been put under for. They have a CT machine on sight that I thought was different then most.
