I never had the pleasure of making an appointment or seeing one of the doctors because the girl that answers the phone at the office was so rude and disrespectful. I got transferred from the call center to the office and from the very beginning of the call the girl was rude and disrespectful. She definitely needs some customer service training or find a different field to work in.
I'm so glad I picked Dr. Pate when looking for a new ENT. Previous bad experiences with another group and apprehensive to try a new physician. She listened to my story was thoughtful and made me feel heard. Shared real time views of my ears and reviewed CT with me and her recommendations.
Dr. Mariah Pate & Clesea were outstanding. Came in to the office after 7 pm, over Memorial Day weekend so that I did not have to go to the ER. Very compassionate & accomodating. Just a great overall experience.
