Fantastic Mexican cuisine with exceptional service. The restaurant offers delicious chips and salsa. The chicken fajitas for two are perfect for couples with a healthy portion of tender chicken breast and veggies as well as rice and refried beans. The restaurant is located in beautiful Old Towne along the train tracks. The restaurant is decorated wall-to-wall and has clean bathrooms. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating and a full service bar. There is street parking and a parking lot next to the restaurant.
My train was delayed so I took advantage of the extra time to stop in to eat. I told the staff I didn't have very long before the train came and they were incredibly helpful and efficient. The food was yummy and I loved the outdoor seating.
Updated review: After a second meal here, I'm electing to drop a star from my previous 3 star review. A few of use for a book club came in around 4pm on a first Friday, and despite putting in our orders in relatively early, people who came after us got served first. It literally took an hour to get our food. I'm a patient person, but it would have been nice to get an update; it kinda felt like maybe their stove wasn't working for a bit, as all i saw leaving the kitchen was stuff one could fry in a deep fryer. Authentic Mexican, fun relaxing g ambience. The outdoor dining is an unexpected treasure. Downtown charm and familiarity. This has been a favorite for years.
