Dr. Casaine-Rodriguez is awesome! She listens intently and does Her very best for her patients.
I spoke with someone this morning and they were going to get Maria to call in a prescription for steroids but the pharmacy never received it.
The appointment was extremely rushed - before I could say anything she was walking out the door. It felt like she was just checking off boxes and never once asked about current injuries or illness despite having filled out paperwork that indicated chronic issues and being an existing patient to PMC. Disappointing as my previous PA was very good.
