Dr. Theodorou is an excellent doctor. She always takes time to answer questions and concerns, and to look up different perspectives on things. My 18 month old daughter has had a febrile seizure, and Dr. Theodorou always takes that into account when dealing with prescription and vaccine side effects, etc. She's very friendly and easy-going, and always returns calls within a reasonable time. Would highly recommend her!!
They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
