Very knowledgeable. Took the time to explain things. Pleasant attitude and friendly.
I came in very anxious but Dr. Martinez was very reassuring before she did my procedure. She spent time explaining my condition and made me feel that I was in good hands. The procedure went well and as she had told me everything was good. I appreciated her bedside manner and was grateful my appointment was scheduled with her.
Dr. Martinez is my favorite doctor. She is very knowledgeable and caring, and has been taking care of my ears for many years. We have developed a good relationship and I feel comfortable discussing anything that is bothering me.
