I had a truly frustrating and disappointing experience with this office. From start to finish, they were disorganized, poor communicators, and ultimately a waste of time. I called to schedule a pap smear and was told I needed a new patient appointment first. That was fine--I scheduled the next available, which was four months out. Dr. Szmidt has been my primary care physician for the last five plus years. I haven't ever had to contact Dr. Szmidt via email nor have I ever had a virtual visit. However, every time I contact the office, I'm able to get an appointment within a reasonable time and I always appreciate the amount of time that Dr. Szmidt takes to listen to my concerns and take action on what I need.
