Dr. Sobolev has been absolutely amazing. My mother experienced an onset of heart failure, and Dr. Sobolev explained the situation very clearly, prescribed the newest available medication with the fewest side effects, and made an excellent referral for a cardiac surgeon along with explaining all the steps of the surgery and the reasons it's recommended.
