Watered down Mexican food. Can see how it appeals to the masses of Springfield but if you are looking for authentic and flavorful Mexican food, Maria's is not it. Have given it several chances now and every time, I leave disappointed. To start with, the salsa tastes like it is made with canned stewed tomatoes and has absolutely no spice or flavor to it. Yuck!
