Just to start off Dr lathi is amazing this is strictly about the receptionist who never answers the phone and will just ignore you every time you call the other problem is the nurse she constantly makes promises and never keeps them oh I'm gonna call you back by the end of the day I'm gonna ask the doctor and get back with you I should not have to call and remind you of what you tell me just be straight up with patients and don't make comments you can't fulfill that is not very professional but like I said in the beginning d... read more

I could tell as soon as I met you that you were a good person and obviously a great doctor. I will forever be indebted to you for how well you treated my mother.
