The front office and nursing staff at the doctor's office is atrocious. I never expected a cardiologist's office to escalate, not de-escalate, a patient's anxiety so much. I drove 3 hours for my appointment and ran into construction the last 10 minutes, which put me 7 minutes late. I checked in online, paid my copay and walked into the office exactly 7 minutes late for my appointment and they refused to see me. Said they were on 15 minutes intervals. After being gaslit by multiple doctors, Dr Lahti was the FIRST to truly listen AND understand my symptoms. I can not recommend her and her staff highly enough.
