Tried to make an appointment after an ER visit and gynecological visit due to bladder pain and was told no appointment available until the end of January. They may need to review there scheduling process.
Dr. Canter is an amazing, knowledgeable caring doctor. The office staff is wonderful. I find the practice really cares about women’s health.
Dr. Canter is highly professional and your staff is the worst of the worst. I waited for an appt for a year, kept getting the run around. Staff makes fun of patients and in my opinion does not want to talk / assist patients. Staff communicates by website and they don’t know what they are talking about. Feeling punished and abused by office staff.
Absolutely horrible office policies. I arrived to my appointment that I literally waited an entire month for, only to be told they had canceled my appointment. The front desk admin tells me she had tried to call me 20 minutes before my appointment as I’m driving there! Her reason was because I hadn’t completed patient paperwork. Dr Canter was on time, very friendly and answered all my questions. I feel she cares about my health and well-being. I was very please with my office visit.
I got an appointment and waited for two months to see Dr. Canter for consultation. But, the day before the appointment, they informed me I was scheduled to see a physian assistant. Their decision was rude and unprofessional. So I cancelled my appointment.
She was exceptional!! Dr. Canter is the best doctor for women's medical conditions, ever!! She is extremely exceptional, knowledgeable, intelligent, compassionate, solution oriented, very approachable, very professional, sweet, and kind!! Dr. Cindy Adkins (PA), the medical tech, and receptionist (I don’t know their names) were also!! Just what all women need!! Dr. Cindy Adkins is the same and the are the Dynamic Dual!! They changed my quality of life to beautiful!!!
I would not recommend this practice at all. Staff made me feel uncomfortable during my exam (weird and staring). Staff apparently misrepresented my procedure to my health care company. Would not return my calls to correct the documentation. Also, billed the wrong insurance company.
You leave your appointment feeling well cared for. I wish all doctors listened to my concerns as well as Dr. Canter.
