Egregiously Incompetent. Probably a decent realtor 20 years ago. This is a common court appointed realtor in Macomb county of whom has the luxury of ‘knowing some people.’ You are better off selling it yourself. If you ask her for an update she will present a myriad of excuses for her own incompetence and blame shift to you for daring to ask a question. Avoid at all costs and share no personal information with Carol. There are better options available.
