Front desk woman is your name Inna or Eunice? You are so unprofessional!! Please hire someone who is consistent with their name. I don't know if I'm talking to Inna or Eunice.
Unbelievable how I was disappointed on how the manager is so unprofessional at this place. Kelvin is the I believe the assistant manager at this hotel. He's a flaky person. Don't trust this guy. He ticked me off three times telling me what he didn't say when he did say I could move into the room that was available. Later he says he didn't say that. He did !! He's a flaky person and a lair.
I worked their & the hotel is great.
